Reimbursement plan can’t be said to be a type of insurance, but it works somehow same. It is basically an agreement between you and your employer, in which your employer are committed to pay you partly or the whole charge of your dental treatment. What all you have to do is to show your employer the medical bill which you have spent.

There are several kinds of dental care plans and dental insurance that can be availed as a private dental insurance or offered as benefit to the employee by the employer called the corporate dental insurance. Voluntary group plans of availing dental insurance is suited to people in groups; for example – at your workplace. You along with your co-workers pay all the fees for the insurance. One obvious benefit of this insurance is that each of you will have to pay the lower amount of premium than what you do if you avail the insurance alone. Under dental discount plans, you are given special discount every time you visit to get your teeth checked up. But before yo avail this facility, you will have to pay some money as enrollment and monthly fee.
